SCULPTURED WATER
Hello, welcome to my website. Here I will post dev logs about my upcoming games and projects and what I want to do more with my game dev career.
About me:
Hi, I'm an indie game dev, and I'm planning to start making games, mainly of the horror genre. I started coding and game making a few months ago, and I've been improving a lot. I used to make music, and I'm really good at it, but I'm planning on being good at programming and making games. This about me will update later on in my life.
Q&A:
Q. Where did you come up with the name Sculptured Water?
A. I came up with it randomly in my head when I was thinking of names for a game dev name and I used a random company name generator to help inspire the name.Q. What got you into game development?
A. I got into game development by the inspiration of different game devs, and content creators playing different games, and I was fascinated by the way the games were designed and made.Q. How can I contact you?
A. You can contact me through my business email: [email protected]Q. What game engine do you use?
A. I use the Unity game engine.Q. Are you looking for work, if so, how can I contact you?
A. Through my business email: [email protected]Q. What 3D software do you use to make models?
A. I use Blender and also Unity's built-in ProBuilder.Q. What games inspired you to make games?
A. Mostly horror games, like Stay Out of the House, Power Drill Massacre, Night of the Consumers, and many others that I play or find interesting.Q. Why do you take forever to make games?
A. Games take a long time to make, and you can't just make a game out of thin air, so you must learn to improve your patience and don't expect that people can be automated to complete stuff within seconds, minutes, hours, days, weeks, months, years. No matter how long it takes you shouldn't lash out on people that can't complete things within a short amount of time, great things take time.Q. What would you say to people who start out coding?
A. Get started watching some YouTube Tutorials, take notes, and try to build a good comprehension on stuff. Coding and game making can be difficult, and it can be hard at some times, but if you can put in the work and effort, you can do it.
